Refund Policy

  • Service Issue: If a customer is not satisfied with the digital service provided, they must notify us within 7 days of the service completion. A brief explanation of the dissatisfaction is required for evaluation.
  • Technical Issues: Any technical problems that prevent the digital service from functioning as promised must be reported within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide supporting documentation or evidence of the issue.
  • Incorrect Service: In the event that the digital service delivered is not what was originally agreed upon, customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is approved.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel subscriptions for services under the following circumstances:

Subscription Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel subscriptions with a 30-day notice of their billing date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Cancellation must be communicated via email or through customer service.
  • Early cancellation fees may apply for customers with term-length agreements if the term hasn't been completed. Please check your contract for details or contact customer service for assistance.
  • Upon successful cancellation, confirmation will be sent to the customer via email.
